I lost my password for my work ID. I dont meet up the info on password retrival. What should I do?

Ok. So I cant remember my password for my work ID, because I have been using a magic wand on Opera browser. When I went up to reset my password, I didn't meet up the info required. I sent some kind of an email to yahoo staff but been almost a week now and havent heard about them at all. This ID is really important and I need it for working purposes. What should I do, to reset the password and to sign in on my ID asap?
