1990ish "Snow" Drama Tv Show?

Back in the days of Captain Planet, and Bananas in Pajamas.. and Pengu the Penguin.. and the original power rangers...

There was a special tv show called 'Snow'

It's a drama show.. like a soap opera.. teen life.. it's all sorta shady, can't remember much.. drugs and bad things and talks and relationships and friends.. sounds lame sure but it's good~

a real show like dawsons creek I guess but much more realistic~

Anyone remember it? I can't seem to find any information on it at all and everywhere I search just turns up christmas stuff~

for some reason I remember the scenes being in a warehouse where the teens meet.. near some railroad tracks.. maybe not.. one guy, one guy.. the rest I dont remember.. they eventually get together and trouble stirs..

wish I could remember more than that.. meh :(
